Our environmental policy focuses on reducing our carbon footprint through annual assessments. We’ve eliminated disposable dishes, adopted eco-friendly office supplies, and trained all D-EDGERs to implement the greenest practices.

HEALTH & QUALITY OF LIFE
We’ve conducted regular wellness surveys & mental health training and offered flexible home-office options.
Looking ahead, we will continue to promote health awareness and work to improve workplace conditions, ensuring the well-being of our employees remains a top priority.

SOLIDARITY & ENGAGEMENT
We provide D-EDGERs with 12 days annually for volunteering, support various social causes and encourage team-based community service.
Moving forward, we aim to enhance support for engagement ambassadors and promote solidarity activities during team-building events, further strengthening our commitment to making a positive impact together.

We have zero tolerance towards any form of discrimination and are actively raising awareness through conferences (sexism, racism, homophobia). Reporting inappropriate behavior is strongly encouraged to ensure an inclusive workplace. We also strive to eliminate unjustified wage gaps and ensure parenthood is never a career obstacle for anyone. We work hard, it's true, but personal life remains sacred! Here, no late meetings, nor emails at inappropriate hours. The right to disconnect is truly applied thanks to our global disconnect charter. Our hybrid work policy allows up to 3 days a week working from home, plus 4 weeks of fully remote work per year.
